Soooo, I've come to a quick realization in this crazy photography world, that there are some clients that you are just going to click with. No, I'm not saying you wont love everyone, I'm just saying that we're gonna have favorites. yup, there it is. whoopsie. Well, here you have Molly, her husband, John, and sweet sweet sweeeeeeeet, Tori. Molly and I were kinda meant to be friends. No, not because she's one of my Loudon County moms, or because she's incredibly sweet and funny. No, not because she lives in my dream house, or because she has an adorable child... it's because she vacations in Dunstable, MA. I shit you not. See, half of you are saying "where the hell is Dunstable?", and the other half of you that know are saying "who the HELL vacations in Dunstable?". right? Well let me tell you. Dunstable happens to be right next door to Groton which is a small town in MA where I grew up. Groton-Dunstable Regional High School is kinda sorta a big deal. I cant lie about it. Anyway, Im not going to pretend I understand why Molly vacations on Off Pond Rd, I'm just gonna leave it at we were meant to be friends.

Driving towards their house on Sunday, I drove into Hamilton, VA, which is kind of a small little Pleasantville outside of Leesburg. I live in Shenandoah farms, which is also a small little Pleasantville right outside of Front Royal. In fact, Hamilton to Leesburg and Shenandoah Farms to Front Royal are almost exactly the same. Except they have mansions and a lot of money, and we have red necks and not a lot of teeth. Details, really... details. Anywayyyyy, I had an amazing time with this crew on Sunday afternoon. Molly and John are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and Tori is a small model. Her eyes absolutely lit up when I walked in the house. That's a lie. Her eyes are actually always lit up and big and blue and beautiful. This child is a dream, no doubt. I could go on all night... but lets just look at pics.

Ask me if this was a hard shoot. It wasn't.

ya, that's a real kid.

Put your kid in a tutu and let her go to town on a cake. Ill photograph it.

Baby's first look at a cake.

Baby's second look at a cake.

can you imagine how hard I'm giggling taking these pictures?

what? is this a dream? no, it's real. I was there.

Times like this... there is no time for tubs.
